Zumba~ ♥

There are many methods to keep in shape. 
Diet is one of it, and is a no-problem for me at all. 
But I feel like just by dieting, is not helpful enough. I would like to get more fitter and toner.

I tried a new exercise today, Zumba.
Zumba is like a mixture of dance moves combined with aerobics, and of course you need to be super hyper in it. And is seriously straining for me, for a person who don't even or rather can't dance in the club. But it was an nice experience.

And I'm sure I'm going to try it all over again and makes it work out right.
