17 April - Day out to the West part of SG!!

 Baby planned to meet early in the morning at Woodlands then set off to Bukit Panjang to have breakfast and do our eye-check. Then he suggested to go West Mall after that for the Starhub Roadshow and meet all the Cherry Mobile-ers! :D

Overall, the food still not too bad! At around 11 in the morning, the whole cafe is flooded and packed with a huge crowd of people.
After done with breakfast, we move on to Optical 88 to find Yani! Baby and I had our eye check done and sad to say, our eye sight has increase so much!! We did new spects and have a great conversation with Yani. It been quite a while since we last saw her and yah, life around us had changes so much! Times really flies!


The Everlast spect which we were both aiming at 1st, but in the end, we change to some other design.

Depart Bukit Panjang Plaza at close to 3pm and went to Westmall to look for the gang!
And I spotted this...


UDDERS ICE CREAM!!


We ordered Mao Shan Wang. Lifang say this is one of the highly recommended one. :)
The ice cream is nice! The strong aroma of durian, but I can't confirm if it is Mao Shan Wang a not, I can't confirm as I had never tried the real food before. But I would say, the ice cream is very smooth and melt in mouth (LIKE DUH!!). But at first taste, can felt a bit of lacking in the milky creamy taste of it. But as you had more of it, you will feel super addicted to ice cream! :)


But at this pricing, I probably had to think twice about getting Mao Shan Wang. Not very cheap I would say!


But well, it definitely well spent to see Baby enjoying it!! :)

MAC Private Sales

Very much thank you to Eileen to the private sales! :)

Took a day off and went in the morning! Manage to find the building but could not find the exact the location of the sales. But, still i manage to reach there at 8.45am. I thought I was quite near to the entrance of the sales, but then I got horrified when I got the chance to move forward. The 1st batch manage to get in the sales at 8.55am. I was in the 2nd batch and manage to get in at 9.15am! Not too bad I guess. Manage to spot Sharon and she introduced Christine to me. :)

Had a bite and this is so good! The chicken is very tender and very soft. Just 2 chews and it just melts down! *THUMPS UP!*


Fish Meal. Me, Joyce & Diana ordered this.
I would say this would be better if the fish is grilled, instead of like deep fried as per now. But still, i adore the curry! Nice. :)


Pepper Prawn.
We order this to share among us. The prawns server to us is very fresh. Pepper smell is not as strong as would I think it would be. It just spells delicious!

After having our tummy filled, we started our cam-whore session!
It really nice of the staffs not to remind us to make so much noise there! Haha. We are practically laughing and talking so loudy like as if we are in our own house! But we really have so fun, with Diana's new camera.\

After a while, Shixing realize she need to go to Marina Square to get some stuffs. We just follow shot. We have a great time shopping. Everyone just bring home a little something. :)

020410 Good Friday

 Woke up early in the morning to meet...


MY BELOVED! Lifang, BF & Diana.

And off we go cross the custom, the causeway, the checkpoint, and arrive at my friendly neighbor place, JOHOR BAHRU! :D
(And we swear we are not going to go to JB on a PH again, the q is super horrible!!)

It is is not advisable to visit this place during meal timings. Super horrible customer service. BF get super irritated by it. But the pricing is reasonable. Around SGD 50 for 4 of us! :D

Walk around City Square, grab a couple of stuffs from Etude House as there is sales! :D We were going crazy in it. The 'Should I buy this?', 'Shoud I buy that?' are all around the place! Think we spent like 30mins to 1hr in it. BF was waiting outside the shop with McFlury, hence no complaints for him! Obviously he prefer me to shop all these kind of stuffs with my girls, cause he practically roll his eyes when I ask him if I should buy this or buy that! 

After some random walking & we decide that we should get..

ICE-CREAM!
It very cheap! RM 6.60 for the small cup, come with 2 scoops of ice-cream!
Lifang had Peppermint with Cookie & Cream, Diana had Strawberry Shortcake with Macdamia Nut, while I had Chocolate Stripes with Rum & Rasins! :D

As the night start setting in, we decide to have our dinner in JB first before we start to cross the boundary and be back and where we should be.

(No prize for the correct answer :D)

OLD TOWN!
It an all-time favorite to eat this in Malaysia! Flipping thru the menu with the prices looking like almost similar to Singapore, but obviously everything in RM! Damn shiok!

And i seriously think I should stop wearing puff-sleeve top. It make me look much more huger than BF! Tsk.
