Recollections of 2009

2009, the year of Ox in the Chinese calender, is filled with tons of ups and downs!
I would say, it was an rather eventful year for me, as well as a challenging year!

JANUARY

Welcome 2010!!

 

Finally I'm posting about new year. Haha. I'm seriously seriously dead lazy, but yah, for memorable sake! :)

On New Year Eve, Seah was on 1/2 day & I applied for 1/2 day too! :P
The bitch beside me, took a full day off, which marks her 9 days AL in that month. Super TL, she never give chance one. WTF?! Don't mention her, super angry! Haha...

Started off the day with my favourite hair clip broken!! How great!! :(

Nothing special it I know.
But it my favourite, cos it not loose one me!! Haha!

 
 

After work, meet Seah at Lavender MRT and guess what we did?? Haha.
No prize for the correct answer.

Passport Collection

The crowd was damn horrible!! We waited for like 1.5hours before we even manage to collect the new passport! Anyway, is HIS collection, not mine. :( And I have to go hungry accompanying him! And the smart alex, only remember there is food in his bag, a few minutes before his turn! ARGHHH!! how sad. :(
Queue for 1.5hours, for just merely a 5 mins passport collection! -.-

After passport collection, off we went to have lunch!! Finally!!

Western Food at Cawford Road

We had BBQ Cajun Chicken and also Terekayi Fish!
The fish was disappointing. :( Thought it would come with the sauce, but it look so dry!!
BBQ Cajun Chicken is good!! *thumps up* Love the sauce and the tenderness of the chicken!
Great lunch.

Headed back home after, and I fall asleep for like 3 hours, I think. Told the boy to wake me up in 1 hour, which he manage to do so lar! I'm such an heavy sleeper! Tsk tsk.
Suppose to do some shopping, but no chance no chance. :( Last dinner 2009 is homecooked by my mummy! Was good, didn't have much chances to dine at home. Maybe I should set that as an resolution of 2010! Haha.

Seah & Me

Off we went to Cityhall to meet a cotter to pass/collect my stuffs. Finally got my Paul & Joe eye gloss :)
After that, we went to find Wayne at Funan!! :) Bought chocolate for him, while the poor him is doing closing himself.

After he is done, we head off to ACM. It has some events going on over that side. And most important, it having free entry to all! Seah has already wanted to visit there long ago, I guess he's having a good time that day. :)

i swear Seah look damn sad when he saw this sign. LOL.

We left when the clock is showing 11.30pm. Walked out of ACM and head to the front of Fullerton Hotel.
Squeezing with the tons of people there & looking for a good spot to catch the fireworks! Spotted a lot of chio & expensive cars! Damn all the rich farks! !@#$$%$ Ignore me! Haha.

When the clock shows 12am, the fireworks start to show! :)
Love it. All these years, Seah never fail to bring me for fireworks, be it is New Year, Chinese New Year or National Day. I'm so bliss really! <3
But this year fireworks is such a torture! 1st time we encounter those blacks spraying those string thingy & it so annoying! Feeling so irritated, we decide to cross the brush to the pavement in front. And guess what, your truly shoe is struck in the middle!! MAJOR ARGH! When I have found my shoe and started walking, we step onto a ants hive! WTH??!! And we decide to walk back and find another spot at the back, away from the blacks and was block by the ERP gantry! What a great fireworks show I had man!!

But still,

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!
MAY 2010 BE A BETTER ONE FOR ALL OF YOU :)

On New Year, we had western for lunch once again!
This time round at my house downstairs: BOTAK JONES!!

I'm not hungry at all, so I just had the mushroom soup, while Seah had their fish & chips. :)
Super full after that, and we went to the 1st eco-friendly mall in Singapore: City Square Mall!
While we were walk around, we discover another Taiwanese Bubble Tea!

Pearl Milk Tea

I like this so much better than Koi!!
The milk is slightly more thicker than Koi, and the bubble is more Q then Koi's too! And they are selling at the same pricing as well! Seah is also in love too! He say this is much more better than Koi's! Hahah.
Would suggest everyone go and try this. :) It located at City Square Mall Basement 2. :)

Surprise Gift

A day before the New Year Eve, the sales people are opening parcels and parcels of the samples sent down by Hong Kong warehouse, which is meant to be sent to our customer. And they found an envelope attention to me. '

Caught by surprise. And the sender didn't even state his/her name and I got no idea who has sent this me. 
The whole office started to make fun of me, saying I got secret admirer from Hong Kong, which is like cannot be lar! Cos I rarely talk to people from there due to language differences. I can't speak canto for nuts.

Till date, I still got no idea who is the sender of this. I just left it in the office, and hopefully someone will claim that it is a gift for him/her. :)
