Darling's Birthday
Celebrated at Ma Masion located at Bugis :)
Love the interior of the restaurant. Very cosy, warm feelings. Adore the settings, and the creative concept of locking the receipt into the key!
Haha.
Omu Rice
Steak with a lovely sunny side-up egg.
Steak with cheese.
The food is quite so-so, in my opinions.
But I was peeping at people's desserts. Look very good.
Didn't had a chance to try, but... hopefully will return for desserts sooon!!

Took me 3hours to just create a simple layout like this. Wah piangs, ji tao #photoshopfails.
But nonetheless, the final outcome is great! :D
I shall do it again, if I have really really lots of times to consume away.
Company Dinner & Dance Event
Had a company annual dinner event at Yan Ting restaurant, located at St Regis.
Heard a lot of raves about Yan Ting and their dim yum! Sound damn yummmmmy!
But we didn't have dim yum that day! :(
We had an experience set menu.
And we start off with some fish skin before the proper food come!
Appetizer Trio.
Conpoy Gui Fei Chicken Roll at the top, Deep-fried Prawn Filling with Fresh Mango & Cripsy Roasted Pork.
I like the middle one a lot, and gave my pork away! The chicken roll is so-so.
I think I eat 101# of prawns lor! :x
Double -boiled Chicken Consommé with Abalone.
I love how tasteful the soup is, even without adding anything.
甘香清甜 *Yummy yummy*
Steamed Sea Perch FIllet with Chef's Special Coral Sauce.
The sauce has some traces of broccoli with egg and salted egg. It bring out the natural flavour of the fish fillet itself. No fishy taste. Perfect!
Stir-fried Scallops with Black Bean Sauce and Broccoli
I like anything with black bean sauce. *Enough said :x*
Braised Homemade Spinach Tofu with Mushroom Sauce
Soft, tenderness of the tofu make you just keep swallowing it down into your tummy. Need me to say some more? :D
Braised Ee-fu Noodles with Conpoy and Mushroom.
I'm too full to touch this. Almost died.
Mango Pudding with Baked Pastry in Lotus Paste.
There no way you can reject Mango pudding. It so YUM please!! :D
D&D is so-so this year!
Expect the location is damn fantastic! :D
On an side note, I won $250 Taka voucher.
But my colleague who won an Ipod Touch4 didn't want it, and we have a swap!
Now I'm a proud owner of a white colour Itouch4! YAY!
Christmas Day Lunch
Went to Expo for some Megatex, and we decided to pop by the new mall beside, Changi City Point.
Spotted Ootoya, and for once, there no queue! If you been to Orchard Central, you would have seen that there always tons of people awaiting for their chance to step in!
Soba~Favourite.
